We've recently had some customers share their concern that shipping to Australia is experiencing surprising delays.
We contacted NZ Post to ask about the situation. They have advised us that shipping to Australia is sometimes experiencing unavoidable delays, given the changing situation with Covid-19 in different Australian states. NZ Post is currently required to wait for authorisation before being allowed to send parcels by air to some Australian depots. NZ Post will hold orders at the NZ border until clearance is given.
The situation will no doubt change with time. NZ Post are doing their best to process shipping as smoothly and speedily as possible. But if you're ordering from Australia, you should expect things to take longer than usual.
