Purchasing Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase on our online store and can be sent digitally to you or directly to a recipient.

Using Your Gift Card

• Gift cards can be redeemed on our online store
• Multiple gift cards can be used on a single order
• Gift cards can be combined with discount codes
• The balance can be used across multiple orders until fully depleted
• Gift card balances apply to the total order value, including taxes and shipping

Gift Card Restrictions

• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
  
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law

Checking Your Balance

You can check your gift card balance at any time by visiting the gift card page link provided in your gift card email.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Please treat your gift card like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift cards.

Expiry

Our gift cards expire three years from the date of purchase.
