Our Return Policy in short: 

Contact Hoopla Kids before returning any items. 
You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. 
The product must be unused and in new condition. 
Want to exchange for another size or item? No problem. 
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the goods are faulty). 
Rainwear available on pre-order is able to be returned for an exchange or store credit only.

We will provide you with an exchange, refund or store credit when:

The items have not been worn, damaged or washed 
The items still have original tags attached 
The items are returned within the 30 day returns period

Returning a Package 
Please contact Hoopla Kids before returning any items.

The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded.

Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Hoopla Kids suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty. Hoopla Kids take no responsibility for missing returns.

All refunds will be processed when the returned item has been received by us. Refunds will be issued by the same method as payment was made. The initial courier cost will not be refunded and the cost associated with free shipping on any item will be deducted from the refund.

Want to exchange for another size or product? 
If you want to exchange an item, simply email us, provide your customer information, and tell us you will send back the product and what you wish to receive in exchange.

Additional shipping costs will apply.

Transport Damage 
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.

Unclaimed Packages 
For packages that are not received within 14 days, Hoopla Kids reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

Thank you for visiting our store. Due to Covid-19 all deliveries of orders are suspended from 12pm 24th March 2020 until further notice.
