Our Return Policy
Sometimes things are just not right. If you're not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept your return within 30 days after delivery and provide you with one of the following options; an exchange, store credit or a refund.
All return items must be unused and in new condition, with original tags attached.
If an item is faulty, please fill in our Returns Form, and we will provide you with a refund or store credit. We are also happy to repair any faulty items to keep clothing in circulation for longer.
You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the goods are faulty). Additional shipping costs may apply if you would like to exchange an item.

Please complete our Returns Form before sending any items back to us.
Please ensure that the items are in the same condition as you received them.

Hoopla Kids suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to track your return, and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty. Hoopla Kids take no responsibility for missing returns.
What We Will Do
All returns and exchanges/credits/refunds will be processed when the returned item has been received by Hoopla Kids. Refunds will be issued by the same method as payment was made. The initial courier cost will not be refunded and the cost associated with free shipping on any item will be deducted from the refund.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, please report this to us as soon as possible.
For packages that are not received within 14 days, Hoopla Kids reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
