The shed that became a house
There was no ideal solution to our lack of storage for the kids scooters and bikes, so after lots of umming and ahhing it was time to just apply some solution.
I dragged out a pallet, Andrew found a couple of left over bits of plywood which just happened to already be the perfect size and we stood and looked at it a little more.
Finally we decided to just put it together!
All the materials we had lying around: A pallet, a couple of lengths of fence rail, ply wood, some iron and some bits of wood off another pallet.
It was starting to take shape nicely and appearing to be a very suitable solution, until we put the roof on . . .
And promptly it became a play house.
So yes, our box of made from recycled materials would, with doors, make a great bike and scooter shed. But whether it does is another matter.
